First Phase of Axzons Healthcare Facilities
First Phase of Axzons Healthcare Facilities is open to just 150 Investors with each Investor as required by law to invest $500,000 USD to the project.
The total cost of construction for first phase is $75,000,000 USD.
First phase consists of the construction of 50 pediatric and radiology health facilities, across the Empire zones located strategically in towns populated with post baby boomers.
In addition the first phase will include the mini pharmacy on site of the health facilities.
There will be, childcare facilities, a designated play area for children while waiting in pediatric health facilities.
The health facilities construction is to designed for efficacy and efficiency of the medical and administrative staff as well as convenient for patients.
First Phase Construction
The projected development time for completion and full operation for all the health facilities is the end of 2012.
Axzons Empire Zone Development Fund
The Axzons Empire Zone Development Fund(AEZDF) is formed by filing a charter with the Axzons Healthcare Ltd. The Axzons Empire Zone Development Fund(AEZDF) consists of a General Partner and a number of ‘Limited Partners’ The Limited Partner are passive investors, liable only for the amount of their investment. The General Partner manages the business of the Limited Partnership.
The 150 EB-5 investors in the First Phase Axzons healthcare facilities will form the partners within the Axzons healthcare facilities first phase Limited Partnership. Axzons healthcare Ltd.is the General Partner.
Limited Partners in the Axzons Healthcare programs own 80% of the The Axzons Empire Zone Development Fund(AEZDF), Axzons healthcare as general partner has 20% equity stake.
Investment Returns
Upon completion of your investment and acceptance into the Axzons healthcare facilities first phase Limited Partnership; you will receive the bank interest on the funds until such time as the funds are fully expended into the project.
Upon completion and when fully operating, the First phase of the project is to provide projected returns averaged over a 5 year period to be in excess of a 6.5% per annum.
Exit Strategy
The exit from the project is proposed to occur in year 3 of clinics operations, 2013.
The 50 independent healthcare facilities will be marketed for sale as a franchise to the open market. Axzons Healthcare's Real Estate division will market and manage the sale of these units.
As franchises are sold and 80% of the net sale proceeds are returned to the Axzons Empire Zone Development Fund(AEZDF) for distribution to partners. The General Partner gets 20% from the net sales proceeds as their part of equity.
Job Creation
The job creation figures in Regional Center EB-5 Projects are compiled by both direct and indirect job creation.
Indirect job creation is evidenced by an economic report which satisfies the Immigration Service.
The Offering Memorandum details job creation timelines and thorough breakdowns detailing individual job creation for every component of the first phase of Axzons Healthcare facilities, some 500 jobs will be created directly at the Axzons Healthcare facilities. In support of this for the indirect job creation an economic impact report details that 2,245 jobs full time jobs will be created in the U.S economy by 2013.
I-526 Immigration Petition
All I-526 immigration petitions in respect of the Axzons Healthcare EB-5 Visa Programs should receive approval. Approval times are typically 6-8 weeks.
Risk Factors
Axzons Healthcare facilities is expecting to see well over 800,000 patients during the entire year and this is the reason for the EB-5 Axzons Healthcare facilities project. The Promoters advise that the product they are creating, the Axzons Healthcare pediatrics and radiology healthcare facilities, is in such demand that there is little risk at all. The locations are perfect and the market need is so strong that the business outlook for success is great.

The exit from the program involves selling franchises and markets can change. However medicine has always been a recession proof as the health needs are always constant .
